Use visualization to help you adhere to your goals. Visualize how you will feel when you finally reach your goal. Visualize yourself achieving the goal every night before bed and every morning when you wake up.
Visualizing yourself in the winners circle will help you stay motivated and you will be less likely to be derailed by negative emotions or small setbacks.
