1. Wake up early
Wake up 20 minutes earlier than usual. This will provide you with some free time within the morning and cut back the rush and therefore the stress.
Once waking up, sit on your bed, and repeat in your mind several times the following sentences, “Today is a wonderful day. Today is a great day. There is a lot of happiness today”.
3. Expect positive vibes
Begin your day with the expectation of an excellent and marvelous day that will you into a positive vibes.

Devote some moments to read some inspiring quotes before you leave.
8. Leave home early
Leave out of home a little earlier than usual. This will remove the stress of being late to work. You will not need to run to the bus, feel stressed and nervous in traffic jams, or arrive to work tired and irritated.
9. Smile often
Give your smile more often, even for no specific reason. Smiling will make you feel better. However, smile naturally and with politeness, but don’t exaggerate it.
You will be stunned at how this may have an effect on the people around you and the way they treat you. When you smile, people around you may feel happier, and become kinder and a lot helpful.
10. Small act of happiness
Each day, do some small acts that will make you feel happy like talking with one of your friends, walking in the park, buying a slice of cake on the way to work, or buying a present for your husband, wife or kid.
Other activities might be reading a book once you come back home from work, or going to the gym within the afternoon or evening.
Starting your day with happiness will fill your whole day happily.
